OUR STORY

Maritime Ventures was born in 2017 as the brain-child of marine industry professional Constantinos Constantinou. Ioannis Agrotis, a successful and enthusiastic yachtsman runs the company and is dedicated to providing premium products and professional services in yachting. Constantinos is considered a pioneer of yachting in Cyprus, having been appointed as the exclusive dealer for Azimut and Sea Ray in 1990. As a passionate yachting lover, he promoted, nurtured, and established yachting activity in Cyprus. After moving to the US in 1995, he served in high-level marine industry positions, including Senior Vice President for Sea Ray at the company’s US headquarters and President for Cobalt Yachts, among others.

Ioannis, with many thousand nautical miles of experience as a sail and motorboat captain, has been in the marine industry for over 20 years. Having had the good fortune of running his own boat since the age of 14, he has not been without a boat for 35 years. As a result, he has first-hand knowledge and experience in yacht handling, maintenance, and ownership. Most importantly, he knows exactly what it takes to keep the magic of life at sea on a vessel with friends and family, a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience. Turning his passion into a business means that running Maritime Ventures and growing its family of clients and associates is a pleasure.
